IEC: What is it? 

Candidates from specific nations can get Canadian work permits through the International Experience Canada (IEC) program if they meet the requirements. Compared to other programs offering Canadian work permits, IEC candidates have higher success rates.

Profiles for the IEC 2025 season are now being accepted by the IRCC. Through this program, candidates may apply for Canada PR while utilizing their job experience. Candidates will be eligible to apply for the Canadian Experience Class under the Express Entry System thanks to their Canadian work experience obtained through IEC.

Who may participate in these programs? 

To apply for these programs, you must be able to:

• Are citizens of a nation with whom Canada has a youth mobility agreement?
• Possess a current, original passport and be between the ages of 18 and 35.
• Possess money that is at least CAD 2,500 and is permitted entry into Canada
• Don't bring any dependents with you, and have a ticket back to Canada.
• Have paid all necessary payments.
